Last batch of strawberry jam made for this year. Also soft set-but I am getting used to that. I had to make a few more strawberry pincushions too. These are larger and in brighter colours;scarlet with a white dot trimmed with a teal green.

Twice as nice?

Made two loaves this time, but not totally by hand. I used my Kenwood Chef dough hook instead of kneading. It will be interesting to see if there is any difference to the texture or taste.

The proof of the pudding…

Three Fruit Marmalade
